Returns

Returns and Refunds will not be accepted unless the item is damaged in transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping

Originals, Limited Edition Prints and Non Editioned Prints are made in and shipped from Australia.

Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for production, artist signature and dispatch for Limited Edition Prints. Please allow up to 4-5 days for production and dispatch for Noneditioned Prints.

Shipping in Australia:

Originals individually assessed dependant on size and location.

Limited Edition Prints – Medium: $30, Large: $100, Noneditioned Prints: $20

Shipping Overseas:

Originals individually assessed dependant on size and location.

Limited Edition Prints – Medium: $50, Large: $150, Noneditioned Prints: $50

Shipping time depends on your location and can take up to 30 days.

You will receive an email update after payment is processed and your tracking number will be issued when your order has been shipped.
